When one walks outside, we like looking our best-selves and what more do we want than to love how we look, embracing ourselves. 

 

My major project is about individuality. It is about loving oneself. I have created an accessory collection that comes together as one. It is all about my brand; how I started off with an idea to a blog, Tales of a Dramaqueen, to becoming a designer. My logo symbolises who I am, a dreamer, a chaser, a creator. My collection is about empowering individualism, each piece narrates my story, a little part of me, about loving myself. I have weaved leather and used laser cut techniques to brand each of my pieces, keeping a consistent theme.

 

My mother has been my inspiration for this project throughout. The weaved leather portraits the love, the life lessons and the values she has cultivated in me. This collection is a tribute to her, for helping me grow into an individual woman, defining my own path and creating my own happiness.  My foundation year’s final project is about my journey, about celebrating individualism,  embracing individualism.

 

I have 5 final pieces: a handbag, a makeup pouch, a bag tag, a journal and a journal case. I hope you enjoy looking at my portfolio.
